Parents were informed that our centre would be implementing the project titled “Appreciating Mothers in our community”. Parents were invited to create crafts together with their children at home and then bring them to school. The teacher explained to the children the importance of appreciating mothers in our community and guided the children to create crafts for the elderly mothers in Thong Kheng Seniors Activity centre. During the first week of May, the principal, Teachers and children presented the flower crafts to the elderly mothers at Thong Kheng Senior Activity centre and wished them “Happy Mother’s Day!”
