We embarked this year SSDB Project with the slogan “Small Hands Can Change the World”. All parents, grandparents and caregivers were invited to show their support in signing our pledge board. By signing the pledge board, we strived to work hand in hand with the children to make the Earth a better and cleaner place.
The teachers and K2 children had a brainstorming session and created our SF mascot Captain Clean!
We launched our SSDB Project - “Small Hands Can Change the World” on the 12th April 2018, Thursday morning. The children and teachers were led by our Captain Clean and his team in a singing performance “Earth, We’re in it Together”. After the performance, everyone took a pledge to take care of the Earth.
To create awareness for our SSDB Project to the community, we went around our Centre to collect signatures from members of the public. At the same time, the children distributed DIY hand tags to remind everyone that each of us can do our part in saving the Earth. We succeeded in collecting signatures and spreading the Earth message to all!
