The excitement in the air was palpable on the day of our Launch Party! The children were ready to showcase their learning and their parents were ready to join in their learning. As we began our Launch Party, Principal Siti “tested” our parents on their knowledge of Water and water saving tips with a quick game of Kahoot! We then dived straight into our drama showcase where the children dramatised ways in which we can help to save water. Some of these included, washing our laundry on full load, filling up our sink to wash our dishes and using a cup to rinse our mouth when we brush our teeth. After this showcase, we had a special visitor, Water Wally! While some children played with Water Wally, the other children played games with their parents! These games tested both our parents and children on their memory of ways we can save water!
