The K1/K2 children showed 💕, respect, care & were responsible with the seniors during the group workout session. Through this workout session, they learnt to take turns with the seniors & were not rough during workout. Children were able to appreciate and cater to the slow movements of the seniors. Children and seniors weee aware that Healthy Living kicks off with a good workout! Cheers😃
