In Year 2017, we had participated in WOW Wild Learn Programme, a collaboration between the Committee to Promote Chinese Language Learning and Wildlife Reserves Singapore.
The entire programme consists of classroom lessons, outdoor activities and one learning journey to River Safari. It aims to promote learning of Mandarin in a fun, enriching way through engaging students in outdoor learning and parent-child bonding activities.
For continuity, we conducted similar programme in both Year 2018 and 2019 with the same objective.
For our WOW Learning Programme in Year 2019, the theme was “Marine Life and Conservations”. Accordingly, on 6 June 2019, we organized a learning journey to S.E.A. Aquarium. Parents were also asked to, based on their creativity, use recyclables to make sea creatures with their children at home and to complete with documentation.
