We are the Water Rangers of Agape Little Uni @ Kallang !!!

By teaching children at a young age to be environmentally aware, we are building lifelong habits that could potentially make a dramatic difference in the future of the earth.

Agape Little Uni @ Kallang will run the program on {Conservation} in year 2017.

The activities and resources include methods and information about product consumption, recycling tips, facts about pollution and its effects on the environment, global warming, activity sheets on different ecosystems, and plenty of projects for children and parents to complete inside and outside the classroom.

Our goals :

  • To reduce water consumption in agape

  • To promote social responsibility through rational utility-consumption practices by children, parents and schools

Our centre is embarking on Start Small Dream Big (SSDB) project, initiated by ECDA. The theme for this year is Caring for the Environment. For Term 2, we did on water conservation.

Launching Day for SSDB! Our little Ambassadors giving their opening speech!

Our Slogan - We are the Water Rangers! It All Starts With Us!

Children are singing and performing the theme Song: Lets Go Save Water!

In collaboration with the Start Small Dream Big SSDB project, the children from all levels put together a corner to show their enthusiasm in saving water!

There are activities and artwork contributed by them!

Interactive game booths were set up for all levels by the teachers and children get to play with it!

Following that, our school participated in the I am a Water Saver Challenge organised by PUB.

PUB Water Conservation Challenge

The aim of the project is to cultivate good saving water habits and the importance of water in Singapore.

The K2 students did the track your water bill task with their mommies and daddies! They get to learn how to read the water bill and track if they able to save water monthly.

Apply the skills at home and in school!

The children tried A Bottle A Day challenge in school whereby they only get to use a bottle of water for the day to wash their hands and brush their teeth.

Through this experiment, the children get to learn different ways to save water! Well done! 😆
