Staying active keeps my mental well-being on check.

Do you know regular physical activity benefits both the body and mind? Regular physical activity helps support healthy growth and development and reduce the risk of illnesses in our lives, and through regular activity, we can develop fundamental movement skills and build social relationships. 

But we have to be mindful to conduct our regular physical activities with social distancing on our minds. Regular physical activitt can help reduce our feelings of stress and anxiety especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.
