With the success of last year’s SSDB, Kiddy Campus Eunos launched another SSDB project this year, with the theme “HEAL THE WORLD FOR THE FUTURE”. In this project, centre emphasized on the importance of saving the earth and practicing the 3Rs, Reduce, Reuse and Recycle.
In line with SSDB’s 2020 theme, “A Caring and Inclusive Home for All”, the centre intended to give back to the community. As the centre’s project focus on the environment, the children had suggested giving an appreciation card and token of appreciation to the cleaners in the neighborhood.
Prior to the launching, parents were encouraged to do some crafts together with their children using recycled materials and brought them to school to share what they have done.
On the launching day, the teachers shared with the children on the suggestions the teachers have gathered. The teachers explained to the children on what they will be doing throughout the project.
At the end of the launching day, the K1 children made dream atchers using recycled materials and the K2 children made flower vase and designed it with their own creativity.
