In the month of July, our N2 children embacked on the task of creating different crafts made out of recyclable items that they had collected. These items were made to sell to our parents to raise funds for the Singapore Children’s Society.
Each child were given some options and were asked to choose what they would like to create. The children choose a variety of different crafts such as maze games, toss the ring games, stationary holders and wind chimes. They had a fun time painting and creating all these different crafts and were very excited to bring them home.
The children were excited to see how their crafts will turn up and they always mentioned to their parents about the sales day and asked them to drop by to show their support. It was a great way to get the children to learn about saving the planet and also about giving back to the society. 😊
