In the month of August, Our school embarked in collecting donations for the Singapore Children’s Society in order to teach the children about the importance of giving back to the society.
Our N2 children did a fund raising sales with the recyclable crafts they had created and we encouraged their parents to come down and show their support for their children. The parents were very supportive and donated generously during the event.
Our children were very proud of their crafts and were very excited when they saw thier parents buying them. Our parents were very encouraging towards the children’s work and they really enjoyed this initiative.
We also reached out to the other parents of different classes and they showed their kind support by donating generously for the Singapore Children’s Society.
It was definately a success and worth all the hard work and time put in by our children.
