PCF SPARKLETOTS PRESCHOOL@Whampoa Blk 106, has successfully completed our SSDB Project 2020, entitled: “Together, A Better World; Together, Make A Difference!”
It was heart warming to see our children excitement, happiness and perseverance while doing their appreciation tokens such as flowers and “Thank you” cards. They enthusiastically sing and dance to thank all the essential workers as well. We are proud to share with you that our parents gave their immense support and participation by contributing some face shields, masks and hand sanitizers for children and essential workers.
Children were elated to give their appreciation tokens to the SCDF Firemen at Blk 4 Bong Keng Road, Food Panda delivery man, Town Council garbage collectors, our school cleaners and SingPost workers at Block 101 Towner Road
Our children learned that a small gesture of appreciation or kindness could bring a huge difference in people’s lives and it makes our world a better place to live in.
We have seen the smiles and happiness from all essential workers we have visited. Most of them said “Thank you so much, You all made my day!” It is such a wonderful feeling that we have brought happiness and love to our unsung heroes who risked their lives to fight COVID-19.
We finally wrap up this project with a sense of love and care. We we’re assured that we have instilled the value of appreciation to our children and parents.
Together as one community , We start small things with great love and dream big for everyone.
