Finally, it is the day to showcase our children’s work! Our exhibition ‘Recycle-Reuse-Remake’ was held on 8 August 2023. The exhibition was a great success as children were seen pointing and telling their parents about the crafts they made. Some K2 children were seen sharing with their parents about how they created the collage as a class, and the roles they played as they contributed in different ways (some of them searched through the magazine for colours, while the others pasted). Some parents were also seen searching for the craft they made with their children like a treasure hunt, and were proud to see the work displayed as they took pictures with it. Parents also commented that they were amazed at how some of the crafts were created (i.e., the Changi Airport Control Tower), and even wondered what was used. When shared that it was made out of toilet paper rolls, they were surprised.
All in all, we would like to thank all the parents who took time off to visit and support our exhibition.
