After the Circuit Breaker, we learnt about how our healthcare heroes in Tampines who selflessly provide care for the patients in the community and continue to work at the frontline to maintain the low rate of Covid-19 clusters around Tampines.
Our school collaborated with our parents and other stakeholders to raise 214 boxes of Redoxon Vitamin C to go into our care packs for the doctors, nurses and staffs working at the Singhealth Polyclinic at Tampines.
We worked with our daddies and mummies to create thank you cards to put together with the care packs.
Last but not least, our lovely mummies from our parent support group supported us in baking cookies with our children. The children baked in small groups and decorated the cookies with fondant and sprinkles.
On the 19th of September 2020, we invited Mr Baey Yam Keng, MP for Tampines GRC, and our leaders to send the care packs to Singhealth Polyclinic at Tampines on behalf of PCF Sparkletots Preschool @ Tampines North Blk 492 CC. 15 representives joined us to watch a short performance put up by our children through a video to express their appreciation.
It was a memorable and fruitful Friday to be thankful for. Glad that the healthcare heroes love the care packs prepared for them. Stay safe and thank you to our healthcare heroes!
