Aside from maintaining good personal hygiene and keeping a safe distance from one another; eating a healthy diet is very important during the COVID-19 pandemic. What we eat and rink can affect our body’s ability to prevent, fight and recover from infections.
While no foods or dietary supplements can prevent or cure COVID-19, healthy diets are important for supporting immue systems. That’s why we will bring some fruits to school on Fruity Fridays for our snack. Eating fruits make us healthy and strong!
