Farm to Table (Phase 4 - Cooking as a school)

Before cooking, the children were introduced to the various ingredients bought from the supermarket. It includes vegetables, mushrooms and carrots. As shown on the packet, it has the red SG local produce logo. The children recognised it and were encouraged to share with their parents to buy groceries with this logo.

While cooking, the 5 food safety rules were reinforced and emphasized 

After cooking, the children exclaimed “wow, it smells so good!” “I want to eat now!”
