The children learn about the purpose of Celebrationg Earth Day is to be aware of taking personal responsibility for our planet Earth.
The children learned about the Flora such as the Saga & Tembusu trees beautify our landscape and it serve as an timportant green nature of our city. Likewise Fauna like the many spices of birds, Sunda Pangolin are found on our shore. These plants and wildlife are our natural heritage. They help us to identify with and stay rooted to a place we call home, hence it is important to conserve them by caring for the Mother Earth.
The 3R Fashion Show
Children learn about responsibile comsumption through discussion of the 3R principles- Reuse, Recycle , Reduce. They gamely showcased their costumes made from recycle materials during the fashion show. Many thanks to parents for their brilliant design of the costumes to support their children.
