Through Creation C.A.R.E (Children’s Action to Rescue Earth) community project, the teachers inspired and encouraged children to protect and care for our Earth through simple actions they coulf do like reduce, reuse, and recycle. They learned to cut down on what they threw away to conserve natural resources and landfill space. They also learned to protect ocean life through listening and discussing the story “Somebody Swallowed Stanley” by Sarah Roberts. Next, they were empowered to hon their creatively to create 3D artworks with recycle materials for public art showcase.
