Last 28 April 2023, the K2 children of PCF Sparkletots Preschool @ Blk 157 launched their SSDB Project titled “Little Stewards, Green Onwards”
Children take part in hosting the event, introduced their projects and SSDB partners and informed parents about upcoming events.
They also prepared performance, exciting games and photobooth for parents to enjoy.
We also invited one of our SSDB partner, NEA to conduct a virtual talk about 3R’s.
In line with our project, K2 children take the opportunity to share to the neighbourhood the importance of recycling by signing on a pledge. Those who sign will be given a token made by them.
Our project aims to teach children to maximize recycling, minimize waste, reduce consumption and ensure that products are made to be reused, repaired or recycled. They will also learn to be creative and to persuade other people around school and outside school for protection the environment.
